UPMOS does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or for their own direct marketing purposes (see Privacy Policy, sections 11 and 24). The form below lets you confirm your opt-out preference for our records, limit our use of your personal information for targeted advertising or the creation of marketing profiles, and exercise additional rights granted by CCPA / state privacy laws.
Choices to Limit Digital Tracking: You can limit UPMOS's collection and disclosure of your information through digital trackers (cookies, pixels, SDKs) at any time using the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every UPMOS page (same Complianz consent panel used site-wide). UPMOS also honors the browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request (Privacy Policy section 23).
Choices to Limit Processing of Sensitive Personal Information (SPI): UPMOS processes SPI only as necessary to provide products or services you request, or with your consent. You may request that UPMOS further limit its use of your SPI by selecting the option in the form below, or by emailing privacy@upmos.com with the subject "Limit SPI Use".
Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal data by selecting the option in the form below, or by emailing privacy@upmos.com with the subject "Deletion Request". Certain data may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or contractual purposes (Privacy Policy section 13).
UPMOS responds to verified requests within 45 days as required by the CCPA, with a possible 45-day extension for complex requests. You may appeal a denial at privacy-appeals@upmos.com. Full details about how we process and disclose your personal information are available in our Privacy Policy.
