How it works
- Shop normally. Cashback is calculated on your order subtotal at checkout (excluding shipping, tax, and gift cards).
- Earn at your tier rate. Your tier is set by your annual UPMOS spend. Premier members earn 3x what Standard does on the same order.
- Redeem at checkout. Apply your accumulated balance to any future order. No minimum redemption.
- No expiration. Your cashback balance stays in your account until you use it.

Will previous orders count toward cashback?
Cashback applies to orders placed after the program launches. Annual-spend tier calculation will start counting from launch day.
Can I combine cashback with promo codes?
Yes. Cashback is earned on the post-discount subtotal, and your accumulated balance can be applied alongside any active promo.
Are returns deducted?
Cashback earned on a returned order is reversed when the refund processes. If you’d already redeemed it, the deduction comes from your future earnings.
