Create Your Account
Sign up at vendors.upmos.com/my-account. Choose your plan (Guarantee 30 free, or Booming/Reserve/Loyalty paid tiers). Upload business details — legal name, address, contact info.
Verify Your Business
Submit a W-9 (US sellers) or W-8BEN/W-8BEN-E (international sellers) for tax compliance. UPMOS verifies your TIN with the IRS up front so payouts aren’t delayed by mismatches. Tax data is encrypted and access-restricted.
Sign Your Agreements
You’ll digitally sign the core agreements: MPA, SLA, NDA, and Seller Tax Compliance. Optional: Brand Registry, GoCargo Fulfillment, Advertising Terms, and API Developer Terms (sign these only if you use those features).
Set Up Listings & Storefront
Use the Bloom Dashboard or the Go API to add products. Optional: enroll in Brand Registry, set up your Brand Storefront, and configure GoCargo for fulfillment. Test buys, A+ Content, MAP enforcement — all available before you go live.
Start Selling
Your listings go live. Bi-weekly ACH payouts begin after your first sale. Bloom Dashboard tracks your metrics in real time. 30-day new-seller grace period applies before performance metrics affect standing.
